Warranty Policy

Overview

OVAL HOME (“OVAL HOME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a limited warranty that supplements and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

This Limited Warranty applies only to OVAL HOME products (the “Product”) purchased directly from OVAL HOME.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact OVAL HOME for troubleshooting and follow the complete service procedures provided by our customer support team.

Warranty Duration and Coverage

All Products are covered by a standard two (2) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal in-home, non-commercial use.

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the warranty period, OVAL HOME will, at its discretion and at no charge to you, repair or replace the defective Product in accordance with the terms below.

100-Night Sleep Trial

We offer a 100-night sleep trial for eligible products. From the date your order is delivered, you may try the product in your home for up to 100 nights. If you are not satisfied with your purchase during this period, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.

Please note that certain conditions and eligibility requirements may apply.

Covered Conditions

During the two-year warranty period, you are eligible for free repair or replacement in the event of:

  • Manufacturing defects that cause the Product to malfunction or become unusable under normal use;

  • Material or workmanship defects, including failures of the L1 main unit and Temperature Layer resulting from defects in materials or manufacturing during normal use;

  • Repair or replacement service, which may be performed using new or refurbished parts, or by replacing the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value and functionality.

Additional Notes

  • For crowdfunding orders, the warranty period begins from the date the customer receives the product.

  • Fabric wear or minor cosmetic changes resulting from normal use over time are considered normal and are not covered under this Warranty.

What is not covered？

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by OVAL HOME, this Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from the following circumstances. In such cases, OVAL HOME or its authorized service provider reserves the right to charge for shipping, labor, and materials:

  • Misuse or accidental damage, including but not limited to liquid intrusion, power surges, improper voltage, or external physical damage;

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration performed by anyone not officially authorized by OVAL HOME;

  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or other appearance-related issues that do not affect functionality;

  • Consumables and accessories, including components subject to natural wear and tear or limited service life;

  • Pet-related damage, including biting, scratching, or other damage caused by animals;

  • Improper environmental conditions, such as operation outside specified temperature, humidity, or voltage ranges;

  • Failure to follow operating instructions, including improper installation, use, cleaning, or maintenance inconsistent with the product manual.

How to obtain warranty service？

If your Product experiences a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, please contact OVAL HOME customer support.

To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Product model and serial number;

  • Original invoice or receipt showing purchase date and product details;

  • Your name and contact information.

A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our customer service team before returning any Product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

The RA number must be clearly included with the returned Product.

You are responsible for delivering the Product in its original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection to the address specified by OVAL HOME. We may require additional documentation or information before approving warranty service.

Limitations of Liability

This Limited Warranty constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy against OVAL HOME and represents OVAL HOME’s sole and exclusive liability with respect to defects in the Product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OVAL HOME disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, OVAL HOME shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, corruption, or damage to data

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of use or functionality

  • Loss of business, contracts, or revenue

  • Loss of anticipated savings

  • Increased costs or expenses

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

OVAL HOME’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by proven negligence of OVAL HOME, where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
