Traditional dual-zone systems only allow the left and right sides of the bed to be adjusted separately. OVAL Adapt goes further by dividing the sleep surface into four zones, allowing each sleeper to control their own side while also adjusting the upper and lower body areas independently.
This means you can keep the upper body cooler while adding warmth around the legs and feet, creating a more detailed and personalized temperature experience for one or two sleepers.
16+8 Mode is OVAL’s all-day adaptive health and sleep management approach. If users use a compatible health device such as Fitbit Air, they can authorize and sync relevant data to the OVAL App through Google Health or Apple Health, allowing the OVAL system to understand their activity, exercise, recovery, and daily routines during approximately 16 waking hours.
These daytime insights help the system assess sleep readiness, provide bedtime suggestions, and prepare temperature strategies such as pre-cooling, pre-warming, and initial temperature settings. During approximately 8 sleeping hours, OVAL uses nighttime sleep data to support adaptive temperature adjustment. Nighttime data also feeds back into the next day’s insights, creating a continuous 24-hour loop of state understanding and adaptive intervention.
Yes. OVAL Adapt works with your existing mattress, so there’s no need to replace it.
The OVAL Adapt Layer comes in queen and king sizes and fits standard mattresses 9.5–15.5 inches (24–40 cm) thick.
Setup is designed for home use and does not require professional installation.
OVAL Adapt’s core features work without a subscription. Temperature control, ongoing temperature adjustments throughout the night, and basic sleep tracking are all included with the system, with no recurring subscription required. Advanced features and other value-added services are optional paid offerings that users can subscribe to as needed.
OVAL Adapt can still maintain basic temperature control without an internet connection. You can adjust the temperature using the physical buttons on both sides of the OVAL Adapt Layer.
Features such as App temperature control, sleep data, sleep-quality reports, device status, indicator light status, and maintenance reminders require an active internet connection.
The OVAL Adapt system includes a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
