OVAL HOME Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Service

OVAL HOME offers Core features at no recurring subscription fee and an optional paid Plus subscription. The benefits and usage requirements of Plus are described on the in-app subscription page at the time of purchase. The subscription price and billing period are displayed before purchase and confirmed through Apple. Certain features require compatible OVAL HOME hardware.

When your Plus subscription expires, access to paid benefits ends. You may continue to use Core features.

2. Pricing and Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase, except where a free trial or other offer specifies a different billing schedule. The amount, currency, and billing period will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. Subscription dates and status are reflected in Apple’s subscription records.

Subscription fees cover Plus services only and do not include separately purchased hardware or other paid services.

3. Automatic Renewal

This is an auto-renewable subscription. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period, and you will be charged for the next period.

Apple may charge the renewal fee within the 24 hours before the next subscription period begins. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends.

If payment fails, Apple may retry the charge. Access to subscription benefits depends on your actual subscription status and any applicable billing grace period rules.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its eligibility requirements, duration, and subsequent subscription price will be disclosed on the purchase page.

Unless you cancel in time, the subscription will automatically renew at the price and for the period disclosed at purchase once the trial or promotional period ends. To avoid being charged after a free trial, please cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

5. Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription by following these steps:

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select your OVAL HOME subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.

After you cancel automatic renewal, paid benefits generally remain available until the end of the current subscription period, as indicated by the expiration date displayed by Apple. Different rules may apply to trials, refunds, or where required by applicable law.

Uninstalling the app, discontinuing use of your device, or deleting your OVAL HOME account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.

6. Refunds and Hardware Returns

For subscription payments processed by Apple, please submit refund requests through Apple’s refund request page. Refund eligibility, amounts, and processing times are subject to Apple’s applicable policies and relevant law.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund. Returning OVAL HOME hardware also does not automatically cancel your subscription or refund subscription fees. You must separately manage your subscription and request any subscription refund through Apple.

7. Other Applicable Terms

Your use of OVAL HOME subscription services is also subject to the OVAL HOME Terms of Service. The collection and processing of personal information are governed by the OVAL HOME Privacy Policy. Purchases, payments, and subscription management handled through Apple are also subject to the Apple terms applicable in your country or region.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights. If a dispute arises, the parties may first seek to resolve it through discussion. If no resolution is reached, either party may seek relief from a court or other dispute resolution body with jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.
