About Shipping Fee
Shipping fees for this crowdfunding campaign are structured under a standardized global shipping framework. Backers will be charged a fixed shipping fee based on their region at the time of pledge, rather than free shipping. OVAL HOME may subsidize a portion of the shipping cost as part of the campaign support, and the final shipping fee reflects this partial subsidy.
Please note that certain remote or special regions may incur additional shipping charges beyond the standard rate due to higher logistics costs or limited carrier availability. If your delivery address falls within such regions, please contact customer support at support@ovalhome.com to receive a shipping quote and place your order according to our instructions.
Remote or special regions may include, but are not limited to: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. Final eligibility and shipping charges are subject to logistical feasibility and carrier coverage.
Shipping Information
During the crowdfunding campaign, shipping addresses will not be collected at the time of pledge. Instead, OVAL HOME will distribute a post-campaign fulfillment survey to collect and confirm shipping information. This survey is expected to be sent within approximately 14 days after the campaign ends.
Backers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details in the survey, including correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and any other necessary delivery information. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
OVAL HOME is not responsible for any delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information submitted by backers. It is the backer’s responsibility to ensure that all provided information is accurate at the time of submission.
Order Processing Time
During the crowdfunding campaign, orders are not processed immediately upon pledge. Due to platform requirements, there is a post-campaign payment processing period (typically up to 7 days) during which payments are collected and verified. Only after this period is completed will the final list of confirmed backers be determined.
Order processing will begin after the completion of this payment processing period, generally within approximately 7 days following the end of the campaign. Fulfillment and shipment will be arranged collectively after order processing is completed.
Please note that all delivery timelines provided during the campaign are estimates only. The exact shipping schedule will be announced and updated on the campaign page or through official communications once production and logistics planning are finalized

Delivery and Order Trackinge
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will typically receive a shipping confirmation email containing the shipment details and tracking information.
Please note that order tracking may not be available through the OVAL HOME website. Instead, tracking updates should be accessed directly via the carrier’s tracking system using the provided tracking number.
As with all shipments, there may be a delay between when a shipment is marked as dispatched and when tracking information becomes active or updated in the carrier’s system.

How long does delivery take?
As this is a crowdfunding product, delivery does not follow standard retail timelines. Fulfillment is currently estimated to begin around June, and may vary depending on production and logistics.
Final shipping timing will be confirmed through campaign updates. More detailed delivery timelines will be available once the product officially launches.
How will my delivery be shipped?
We primarily ship with FedEx and UPS. For more information, feel free to reach out to FedEx or UPS.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
For crowdfunding orders, items may be shipped separately depending on production readiness, product type, and logistics arrangements. We do not guarantee that all items will be delivered at the same time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment once it is dispatched.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
During the crowdfunding campaign, shipping addresses are not collected at the time of pledge. Address information will be collected later through a post-campaign survey, so no changes are required at this stage.
After submitting your address through the survey, changes are generally not guaranteed. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will verify the status of your order and assist where feasible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address as a special handling case. If the order has already been shipped, address changes are no longer possible, and any additional costs incurred (such as return shipping or re-delivery fees) will be the responsibility of the backer.
OVAL HOME is not responsible for any loss or delivery failure resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the backer.
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery, or if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that the resolution of such claims may take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier involved.
